Ok...I don't want to put the cart before the horse...especially in our "situation"...ha ha...
We have a closing date!! Lord willing, we will be closing on our house this Wednesday at 2:00 pm!!
Not to bad...just one month shy of living with my parents for a whole entire year!! :)
I will post more when this is a "done deal"!!
